Postponement of the Introduction of the New Foreign VAT Refund Procedure

The new procedure for reclaiming foreign VAT will be introduced later than planned. The intended implementation from the second quarter of 2026 is no longer feasible.

New Tax Authority Bank Account Numbers

As of 1 May 2026, the Dutch Tax Administration (Belastingdienst) has switched its banking services from ING to Rabobank. As a result, new bank account numbers are being introduced for tax payments and refunds.
